About Jess

Jessica Duemig is a breast cancer survivor and author. She graduated from the University of South Florida in 2007 with her Bachelor of Arts in advertising and earned a Master of Science in sports management and MBA from Southern Miss in 2010.

During her climb up the corporate ladder, Duemig was diagnosed with TNBC in 2017 at the age of 32. She completed an aggressive treatment plan over the seven months to follow, which included bilateral mastectomy, fertility preservation, chemotherapy and reconstruction. She was officially “CURED” in February 2020.

Jessica founded Bright Publishing, LLC as a means to publish her first book, WARRIOR and resides in South Florida.
